LECNA promotes and strengthens the relationship between Lutheran colleges and Lutheran congregations through the coordination of Lutheran College Fairs. Admissions representatives will gather in 18 cities this fall to meet and interact with college-bound youth and their families. The college fair events are sponsored in part by Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.
At this year’s national admissions conference (NACAC) in Seattle, WA, LECNA will be exhibiting in the exhibit hall and will also host a special interest group meeting on Friday, September 26 from 12:15-1:15 p.m. in WSCTC, Room 206.
In January of 2009, LECNA will be offering an intensive care course at the Youth Ministry Network Extravaganza in New Orleans.
Lutheran College presidents and church higher education leaders will participate in an annual meeting sponsored by LECNA to be held in Savannah, GA in February of 2009.
